Apple & Raisin Turnovers

This post may contain affiliate links. Please see my disclosure policy

The simplicity of these Apple & Raisin turnovers is what makes them so wonderful. A shop bought puff pastry sheet, a dollop of Apple Chunks, a scattering of Raisins and a sprinkling of Cinnamon and Tada! An easy, deliciously quick Apple desert.

There is something very calming about working with pastry, the cutting, folding, brushing with egg wash, its such a delicate task, but one I thoroughly enjoy. I hope you do too, let me know how you get on in the comments or tag me on Instagram, I would love to see your creations.
