How to make Blackcurrant and Cinnamon cookies

These Blackcurrant Cinnamon Cookies are easy to make and ridiculously delicious! Full of tart berries and warm spices..heaven!

Blackcurrant and Cinnamon cookies! Dip them in some melted chocolate or serve them nude! A super delicious cookie made with homegrown Blackcurrants.

How To Make Blackcurrant and Cinnamon Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • Light brown sugar
  • Salted butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Plain flour
  • Egg
  • 1 handful frozen blackcurrants
  • Melted Milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c
  • Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy
  • Add the egg & vanilla extract, mix in
  • Add the flour and ground cinnamon, mix until combined
  • Add the frozen Blackcurrants, mix in gently with a wooden spoon
  • Spoon out equal sized balls of cookie dough on to a lined baking tray
  • Press down with your hand to make a cookie shape
  • Pop in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Delicious as they are, or dip in melted chocolate for some extra sweetness

  • 100 g Light brown sugar
  • 125 g Salted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 200 g Plain flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 handful frozen blackcurrants
  • Melted Milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c
  • Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy
  • Add the egg & vanilla extract, mix in
  • Add the flour and ground cinnamon, mix until combined
  • Add the frozen Blackcurrants, mix in gently with a wooden spoon

  • Press down with your hand to make a cookie shape
  • Pop in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Delicious as they are, or dip in melted chocolate for some extra sweetness
