Blackcurrant and Cinnamon cookies! Dip them in some melted chocolate or serve them nude! A super delicious cookie made with homegrown Blackcurrants.
How To Make Blackcurrant and Cinnamon Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- Light brown sugar
- Salted butter
- Vanilla extract
- Ground Cinnamon
- Plain flour
- Egg
- 1 handful frozen blackcurrants
- Melted Milk chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°c
- Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy
- Add the egg & vanilla extract, mix in
- Add the flour and ground cinnamon, mix until combined
- Add the frozen Blackcurrants, mix in gently with a wooden spoon
- Spoon out equal sized balls of cookie dough on to a lined baking tray
- Press down with your hand to make a cookie shape
- Pop in the oven for 10 minutes
- Delicious as they are, or dip in melted chocolate for some extra sweetness
