Cinnamon Twists! A different take on Cinnamon Rolls , just as flaky, just as delicious, but twistier! These easy to make Cinnamon Twists are oven to table within 25 minutes !
Cinnamon Twists with Chocolate Dipping Sauce and a cup of tea…Heaven! I love to bake a batch of these on a Sunday afternoon, get under a blanket with the kids and watch a family movie, their always a big hit!

How To Make Cinnamon Twists

Ingredients
- Ready rolled puff pastry sheet
- Brown sugar
- Granulated sugar
- Cinnamon
- Melted unsalted butter
- Salt
- Egg
- Icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt & melted butter in a large bowl
- Gently evenly spread the cinnamon mix onto the pastry sheet, leaving a 1cm border all the way around.
- Brush the border of the pastry sheet with beaten egg
- Fold the pastry in half( like a book) covering the cinnamon mix inside. Then cut 1 inch strips ( see video on recipe card)
- Twist to make long corkscrews. Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, bake in the centre of an oven for 10-15 minutes or until browned
- Allow to cool, dust with icing sugar

How to Store
Store in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Don’t keep them in the fridge they will go soggy!
