This Quick and Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake is particularly beloved in my house! No matter the time of day, me and my kiddos can have freshly cooked Chocolate cake in the time it takes to make a cup of tea! Not kidding! I have often whipped this Chocolate Cake Up, during a commercial break, and been 2 spoonfuls deep before my programme even comes back on! The best part? Its bloody delicious! Here’s how I make it…
Its so easy, Even Kids can make it!
I love to bake! Just have a look through my website if you need proof! As much as I love to bake, I don’t want to do it Morning to Night! (Which my kids would gleefully have me doing, should I let them) Mama likes a break sometimes!
So, to lessen the constant baking requests, I have wrote out this 90 second Microwave Chocolate cake and pinned it next to all my baking Ingredients in the kitchen. If they want cake, they can now make it themselves…and they do. Often!
This fool proof Eggless Chocolate cake recipe uses staple ingredients, which I always have in the house. Quite simply- it is Budget friendly, mixed in moments and cooked in seconds!
Quick Chocolate Cake For Impatient Kids!
Got Impatient kids? Me too! Mine hover and linger once they know a cake is in the oven! So impatient they are, that most of the time they would rather burn the insides of their mouth, than waste precious minutes allowing it to cool!
This Chocolate Cake Cooks for 90 Seconds, and is just dreamy served warm with a generous dollop of custard! OMG its good!! No more lingering children prodding the cake!
Is It a Chocolate Mug Cake?
I don’t know about you, but a Chocolate cake the size of a small mug, is never gonna cut it for me! This bad boy is SOUP MUG Size! A Soup mug with a 350ml capacity…If i’m gonna be naughty, then I may as well be really naughty!!
Soup Mugs and Cups can be bought new of Amazon, or save the pennies and buy preloved ones off Ebay.
