What you’ll need for this recipe

  • Jug
  • Spoon
  • Kettle or pan to boil the water
  • Tea strainer or cheese cloth


*Enough for 4 mugs

  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 800ml boiling water


  • Place the honey, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon in a glass jug and mix together.
  • Pour Boiling water over the mix and stir gently until the honey has dissolved.

  • Cover the jug with a tea towel and allow to steep for 5 minutes
  • Pour into mugs through a tea strainer. Enjoy!

  • 2-3 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 800 Ml Boiling Water


  • Place the honey, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon in a glass jug and mix together
  • Pour Boiling water over the mix and stir gently until the honey has dissolved
  • Cover the jug with a tea towel and allow to steep for 5 minutes
  • Pour into mugs through a tea strainer and enjoy!
