  • Tea strainer or cheese cloth

  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 800ml boiling water

Instructions

  • Place the honey, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon in a glass jug and mix together.
  • Pour Boiling water over the mix and stir gently until the honey has dissolved.

  • Pour into mugs through a tea strainer. Enjoy!
