Mushrooms

I find Mushrooms to be a vegetable of division! Half the people in my House love them and the other half don’t! They are the marmite of the veggie world! I love them, where do you stand ? Like them or Loathe them, Mushrooms are actually an ally for the human body. They are packed with vitamin B & D and contain the essential prebiotic, beta-glucan, which makes them super gut friendly. Its a veggie you want on your side!

Can You Make Creamy Garlic Mushrooms Ahead of time?

Of course! Keep them in the Fridge for up to 3 days, simply warm them up in a pan when you want to serve them.

Can They be frozen?

I would have to say No. The texture of thawed mushrooms is not the best, it would spoil the dish. What you could do is make the sauce without the mushrooms, freeze, thaw in the fridge, then warm it up slowly on a low heat (so it doesn’t split) before adding it to cooked mushrooms.
