Its all in the dough! I wanted my Mini Pumpkin Buns to be an ‘easy eat’ I wasn’t looking for crisp, but a pillowy soft dinner type roll with a buttery flavour. This recipe requires a little more hands on time than your regular dinner roll recipe, due to all the pumpkin shaping! But look how cute they are, well worth the extra minutes!
