A wonderfully delicious bake to do with the kiddo’s! These Yummy Jam drop biscuits are a quick and easy bake that kids and grownups will love! Here’s how I make them..

Jam Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
- Softened margarine
- Caster Sugar
- Egg
- Plain flour sifted
- Baking powder
- My homemade Gooseberry Jam. or any flavour jam you like
Instructions
- Cream the softened margarine and sugar.Add the egg, mix until combined.
- Sift in the plain flour and baking powder. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls, lay them out on a lined baking tray ( see video)
- With your finger prod a hole 1/3 to 1/2 down in the middle of each dough ball.
- Place a blob of jam into each hollow (I used my Homemade Gooseberry Jam. )
- Place the biscuits in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven 170°c
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes

1/2 tsp baking powder
My homemade Gooseberry jam or any flavour jam you like

Add the egg, mix until combined.
Sift in the plain flour and baking powder. Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.

Place a small amount of jam into each hollow
Place the biscuits in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven 170°c
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
