Apple Cinnamon Loaf is a delightful autumnal doughy bake. A real feel good, sit beside the fire kind of treat. Pulling back the layers releases the spiced apple scent, perfect for sharing-only if you want to ;o).

It is simply stacked and stuffed dough with a gooey apple and cinnamon filling. Not technically difficult at all, but requires some waiting time.

Be sure to finish off with a generous helping of gloopy icing. Give it a try, let me know how you get on in the comments or tag me on Instagram I would love to see your creations!
