I love My Ninja airfryer!
Affiliate links
I really do! The oven is used far less now I have my Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Digital Air Fryer. I resisted buying one for the longest time, believing that maybe it was just a fad, like beadmakers and Ice Cream Makers…we’ve all been down that road haven’t we !?
So I did a little research…. I found The Ninja was capable of reaching full cooking temperatures in an instant (No more preheating) it could fry, bake, roast, reheat and dehydrate! Cooking time is reduced most times by half ! It’s also kind to the purse, costing less to run than your average oven.
I also watched at least a hundred recipe videos ;0) and got very excited about the prospect of owning one! I tell you, i’m having the most fun dreaming up recipes!
IT’S all In The Rub!
The rub itself is simple to make and is absolutely bursting with flavour! Using Brown Sugar, Paprika, garlic and herb, Onion Salt, Cracked Black Pepper and Olive oil its a dreamy, sweet and savoury blend that works wonderfully well with the meaty, slightly sweet flavour of pork.
It certainly went down well in my house! There were empty plates and full bellies come dinner time!
