'Wake Me Up' Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 250 ml Cold Instant Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 120 ml 0 % Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Chop Up 1 banana and add to the blender
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and whizz together until a milkshake-like texture is achieved
  • Pour into a glass and serve

Notes

*Prepare cold coffee in advance- Make hot instant coffee, allow it to cool and then store it in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days, use as needed
