Tear up 2 pieces of day old bread and add to the food processor and whizz until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Put them in a large mixing bowl and set aside
Add the Red Onion and garlic cloves to the food processor and whizz until minced
Add the Eggs to the food processor and whizz for a few seconds until mixed with the onion and garlic
Pour the Egg mix into the mixing bowl with the breadcrumbs
Add The Salt, Pepper, Mixed Herbs and olive oil and mix with a wooden spoon
Add the Minced beef and use your hands to combine all the ingredients together
With your hands Form Small Balls from the Meat (I managed to make 24)
Place Meatballs in A Single layer in the Airfryer
Set To Airfy at 200 C for 12-14 minutes or until browned and cooked through
Serve Tossed in cooked Marinara sauce or any Tomato based Sauce and serve with Pasta
