Add the flour, sugar, and salt to a large bowl and mix togethor, then set aside.
Place the milk and butter in a pan and heat on low until the butter has melted. You want the mixture to be warm to the touch Not Hot.
Add the yeast to the milk and butter mixture and let it disolve. Then pour the milk and Butter mixture into the large bowl with the dry ingredients, add the egg, and stir togethor with a wooden spoon.
Once a dough forms transfer to a lighly floured surface and knead by hand for 5 minutes (Alternatively you can use a stand mixer) Knead until the dough is smooth and stretchy, if it feels a little too wet add sprinkles of flour until workable. Form a smooth ball and set aside for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes roll out the dough into a large rectangle
