In a large bowl, stir together the flour, pepper, salt and yeast. Stir in the olive oil and warm water. Form a Dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 mins until smooth and stretchy
Place in an oiled or lined bowl, cover with cling film, set aside to rise for 1 hour, until doubled in size
Preheat the oven to 200°c.
After 1 hour, turn out on to a lined floured baking sheet. Shape into an oval, pat down with flour. Score, with a sharp knife or lame. Set aside for 20 minutes to swell a little
Optional but delicious! Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Sea Salt and Black pepper
Pop in the oven for 35-40 minutes
