Gooey Brownie Bites
Delicious Easy to make Fudgie Brownies
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 115 g Salted Butter (melted & hot)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 225 g Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 70 g Plain flour
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Place the hot butter, sugar, olive oil & vanilla extract in a large bowl, mix together
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. stir well
- Add the eggs and mix well with wooden spoon.
- Pour into a lined cake tin ( I used a loaf tin)
- Bake at the bottom of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Tip** To test wiggle the pan, if the centre of the Brownie no longer jiggles..it's ready
- Allow to cool, cut into bite size chunks..or bars if you prefer.
