For The Chia Pudding
- 125 ml Almond Milk
- 25 g Chia Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Honey
Put The Chia Seeds, Milk, Vanilla and Honey in a bowl or jar and stir well, pop in the fridge overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
After at least six hours, stir and op with mixed fruits and Raisins * Top tip! I like to add frozen berries, then pop in the microwave for 40 seconds for a warm start to the day....Delicious.
