Preheat the Oven to 180 °c
Line a 20cm X 20cm baking tin with baking paper
Add the Butter, Sugar and Honey to a pan, heat on a low-medium heat stirring continuously until the Butter has melted and it begins to bubble
Take off the heat and stir in the Oats, stir well until all the Oats are coated
Stir in The Frozen Berries
Tip the oat/berry mix into the lined baking tin. With the back of a spoon press the mix into all areas of the pan (see video)
Pop in the bottom of the Oven for 25 minutes until golden
Allow to cool
Melt White Chocolate chips in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water, stir continuously until completely melted. (Make sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the surface of the water)
Randomly drizzle the White Chocolate over the cooled flapjack.
Allow the Chocolate to harden a little before cutting.
Cut into 9 (see video) and serve
