Christmas bark

Ingredients

  • 2 x 150g White Chocolate bars
  • 2 x 150g Milk Chocolate Bars
  • 5 Chocolate Chip cookies
  • 1 tbsp Hundreds and Thousands Sprinkles
  • 4 Smashed Candy Canes
  • 1 Large Handful of Marshmallows
  • 1 Large Handful of Smarties

Instructions

  • Pre heat the oven to 110°c
  • Place 4 bars of chocolate on a lined baking tray
  • Place on the bottom shelf of the oven for 2-3 minutes (mine took 2 1/2 minutes ). Test with a skewer, if it sinks all the way through, their done. You don't want the chocolate to turn into a puddle, it should still hold its shape(see video)
  • Immediately drag a skewer through the chocolate blending each into the other
  • Sprinkle with smashed Candy Canes, Chocolate Chip cookies, Marshmallows, Smarties and Sprinkles
  • Place in the fridge to set/harden for roughly 30 minutes
  • Once set, break into pieces and serve
