Preheat the oven to 190°c
Slice the plums and remove the pits, place the slices in a large mixing bowl
Drain the syrup from the peach slices, add the slices to the mixing bowl, add the Orange Zest
Add a large handful of raisins to the mixing bowl
Add the Demerara Sugar and stir
Add the Cinnamon, Stir
Add the Semolina and Stir again. Set aside while you make the crumble topping
In a Separate bowl add all the Topping ingredients except the Demerara sugar
Rub all the ingredients with the tips of your fingers until it resembles bread crumbs (alternatively use a food processor and whizz!)
Place the fruit mixture in an oven dish or Skillet, sprinkle the Crumble mix on top. Sprinkle with Demerara sugar and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top in golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
