Mix the Mashed Potato, Chopped cooked Carrots, Chopped Cooked Green Beans and Parsley together
lightly fry the chopped Onions until softened and add to the mashed mix.
Add the Chilli Flakes and stir in until combined
Add the beaten egg, cheese, and Raisins, mix in until combined
Season with Salt and Pepper
Place the flour on a saucer and set aside
With your hands make 4 burger shaped patty's from the mash mix
Coat each one with flour by dipping the tops, bottoms and sides in the flour
Add the Oil to the frying pan, heat on a medium heat for a couple of minutes
Add the patties and shallow fry on each side for 4-5 minutes until Golden brown and cooked through
Serve with a Hard boiled egg (or runny egg if you prefer)
