Preheat the oven to 190° fan
Use a stand or hand mixer to blend Butter, Sugar & lavender flowers
Sieve the flour & baking powder on top, mix again
Mix in the white chocolate chips
Pour the cake batter into a lined loaf tin, bake for 30 minutes, turn out onto a wire rack to cool
In a small bowl, mix the icing sugar & lemon juice until you have a gloopy consistency
Once the cake has cooled, pour the icing on top, decorate with lavender & rose petals
