Place the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric hand mixer until smooth
Rest the batter: Leave the batter to rest for around 20 to 25 minutes. This gives the flour time to absorb the liquid and thicken a little.
Preheat the oven to 210℃
Place 2 tbsp of Butter in a skillet pan and place in the oven for a minute or less until melted
Swirl the butter around the pan and pour the pancake Batter on Top
Place the skillet in the oven. Bake until the pancake is lightly browned, around 15 to 20 minutes.
Dust with Icing Sugar, top with your choice of mixed berries, add a dollop of Ice-cream and some golden syrup
Serve from the pan or transfer to a plate. Dust with icing sugar, berries, Ice-cream and syrup.
