In a bowl add the warm water, honey, salt & yeast and stir, set aside for 5-10 minutes. Then add the softened butter & flour, stir until a dough forms
Turn out onto a floured surface, knead for 5 minutes until soft & stretchy.
Shape into a ball, allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle
Spread the softened butter over the entire surface of the Dough
Mix the brown sugar & cinnamon together, then sprinkle on top
Scatter the apple chunks on top of the sugar
Slice into 8 rectangles, then stack. Finally slice into 4 equal sections ( see video)
Stuff into a lined loaf tin ( see video)
Cover with cling film, allow to rise for 1 hour
Pop in the oven at 180°c 40-45 minutes.
Once the loaf is cooled, mix together the icing sugar, water & vanilla essence, until you have a gloopy consistency...drizzle and serve .
